Ministers who are carrying on the evangelical work in the United States, or in other countries, known as pioneers, devoting full time to the ministerial activity, are eligible for Watchtower College training. Several of the requirements for entry are that they must be in the full-time ministry continuously for a period of two or more years, in good health, single or married ; but when married, both parties must be full-time publishers.
